📦 Exchange Policy

• We do not offer exchanges or returns unless:

  • You received a wrong item.

  • The product is defective or damaged.

• In such cases, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 333 2858335 within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges will not be processed after 7 days.

• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

💸 Refunds

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• If your claim (for a defective/wrong item) is approved:

  • You can choose another item of equal value from our website.

  • Claims are processed within 7 working days.

❌ Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it’s processed.

• Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.

• You’ll receive a WhatsApp and SMS confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
